History
September 17, 1992 - Offering of 1,265,000 shares at $30.50 per share.
August, 2000 - Company purchased by Unilever for $43.60 per share.
May 29, 1992 - Stock Split 2:1; this split reduced the basis for stock
acquired in 1984 to $1.17 and the stock acquired in 1985 to $4.34.
August 6, 1991 - Call Convertible Subordinated Debentures issued on 12/22/87,
resulted in issuance of 376,129 shares of Class A Common Stock.
On July 24, 1987 Stock Split 3:2; Shareholders received one share of newly
created Class B Common Stock for every two shares of stock held as of
date of split. Original shares became Class A Common Stock. This split
reduced the basis for stock acquired in 1984 to $2.33 and the stock acquired
in 1985 to $8.67.
October 30, 1985 - IPO on NASDAQ - $13.00 per share, 450,000 shares.
September 30, 1985 - Stock Split 3:1; Reduced basis for original shares
to $3.50.
May, 1984 - Vermont only offering; $10.50 per share, 75,000 shares.
